White office chairs are generally preferred when the interiors have a theme of white going on. This white theme will be matched well with white office chairs. However, these whit office chairs could pose certain problems of their own.

The first would be when you consider an office space where the office interiors have neutral shade of gray, black or brown. These spaces are done in a manner that complementing colours are used. However, the presence of white office chairs are sure to make a person who walks into that space, do a double take. Next, consider an office where the interiors have vibrant colours. The colours are warm or cool. They are done in such a way that the items in the office space complement each other. Nevertheless, there are white office chairs in the same area. This could just about ruin the painstakingly done up colourful interiors.

Another hassle that is sure to be encountered when you have a white chair in your office is that of maintenance. Maintaining a white office chair as white can be quite a task in itself. They are prone to showing all the dust and dirt that they collect. A stain or two of ink or grease can just about ruin the appearance of the white chair. This is because a white chair is just that- white. In addition to it showing any stain or dirt that it may accumulate, it is quite unnerving to sit on a white chair. An employee may be constantly worrying whether his/ her pen may scratch against the chair's surface and create a blue line.

In all fairness, one has to admit that a white chair would go well with the above mentioned white decor of an office. If an office space is done well to incorporate white office chairs, then of course one would not an opportunity to complain about the office chairs looking out of place. Green plants and mild colours will ensure that a white office decor would go far in giving a feeling of peace and serenity. This is definitely a good thing to have in an office. Nevertheless for a person who may be compulsive about neatness and wants to constantly ensure that his/ her office space is neat, a white office chair may be a hindrance to that person's functioning. Chances are that the person would be consistently worrying about the white office chair too.

Identifying a place where you could place a white chair could be difficult to zero in on. On a lighter note, wedding venues may be a good option. This may be because the only aspect that one would have to worry about is hiring the white chairs. Maintaining them and ensuring that the food stains go away is the problem of the one who rents it!

Nevertheless, white chairs are not an ideal choice for those who tend to worry about neatness. This is true whether you are the employer (the one who decides to have the white chairs) or the employee (the one who has to sit on them).
